Guest Norman T2
Looking to buy a decent Supra TT 6 speed manual, how much should a decent 1994-1995 set me back? Thanks Norman
Gaz6002
Depends what you mean by decent. Fresh J-spec Import, around £8k for a good one. UK spec? There is a good one in the for sale section (adam bell). Modified ones are a whole different ball game.
Guest Norman T2
Thanks, not looking for a modded one, prefer stage 1 or BPU, saw a modded one on the weekend that looked great in the pictures but in reality was quite poor, was also none to happy to find out it was an SZ to TT conversion, dealer tried to pass it off as a genuine 6 speed, luckily I had a mate who knew to check the VIN plate!! Anyway I have set a max budget of £10K as need to allow for insurance and running costs:(
ShamelessTT
10k is plenty buddy, you should get a really nice example for that money. Shop around!

colsoop
£10k is a healthy budget. For that sort of money i would get an imprted car bought to my spec. There are some good cars in the for sale section too, one tip don't go by mileage go by condition. It is very easy to clock the mileage on a supra claims of sub 30 k miles and then worn steering wheel and handbrake are not uncommon. Good luck. Guest Norman T2
This is the one I went to see, like I said looks good in the pictures but not a genuine TT 6 speed... http://www.autobmc.com/view_specs.php?car_id=344 I will keep looking around on Pistonheads ad this site to see what comes up:)

mkirby
in todays market i would say anywhere between £6k for a higher mileage model and maybe not in the best condition upto £8 or 9k for a decent mileage one with some mods then upto £10k+++++ for a well modded single etc etc Mike
Sparky
I dont think a converted 6 spd is a problem as long as its done correctly and priced accordinly. I'd say thats abit pricey for a converted one!
