T2 MSW Posted January 19, 2008 Share Posted January 19, 2008 Does any one know of any good garages in the Manchester area or Stockport that can weld these alloy flanges onto hard pipe kits? T2 MSW Posted January 19, 2008 Author Share Posted January 19, 2008 Bollox! The hard pipe kit is steel and the Tial flange is alu. However people I have asked did not say it could not be done just did not sound sure of what they were doing. Do Tial do Steel flanges or can I get a alu pipe from the intake to a greddy FMIC? Chris Wilson Posted January 20, 2008 Share Posted January 20, 2008 Effectively you cannot weld alloy to steel, either get a steel flange made, or an alloy pipe.
