Who Did It?

Shadow Beast

Recommended Posts

Just got home and was confronted with the picture below. Now, I cannot be sure which one carried out this crime if any of them.

Please study this picture carefully and if any evidence is found please let me know as i am in the process of interviewing each dog separately, but at present both are running "no comment" interviews.

2 theories.

dog on the left did it - submissive look/stance, surrounded by fluff,

dog on the right did it - framed the one on the left. Surrounded him with fluff and then stood in the corner to attention for his master being a good boy...

i doubt the second option to be honest...

This is a difficult one.

The one lied down is going for the "look how laid back I am" look, implying that he has lied there all day and therefore could never be guilty of such a crime.

The one stood up however seems to be giving off the "hard man" look. As if challenging you to think it's him, cause if you do he'll do the same to you as he did to the pillow.

Not much help I know, maybe you should check their teeth for debris :sly:

Background infomation.

Black Lab: Age 9

Many previous convictions which include thieving, criminal damage and escape from lawful custody.

Chocolate Lab: Age 6

Hypoactive personality, overly friendly and will demolish his bowl of food in less than 5 secs.

No help here then, one has previous convictions including criminal damage.

The other has a personality disorder which is focused around overexcitement.

Maybe the black lab encouraged the chocolate lab, thereby not implcating himself by getting someone else to do his dirty work. The younger dog may have been easily led as he looks up to his older brother and would like to work his way up to such a criminal record.

Elmo looks more guilty, but Thorn is trying too hard with the puppy dog eyes!

With my parents dog, if you call him over, then point at something he's done wrong (emptying the bin all over the kitchen floor, for example), he'll put his ears back and give you the "didn't mean to do it" look. Guilty as charged the instant he reacts like that!

Elmo has now been questioned and Thorn is being interigated army style by Rich at present. Elmo denies all knowledge passing the blame onto Thorn. Thorn has opted for legal representation and the cat has gone in to assist, however there seems to be a conflict of interest. This picture was taken before the crime and Simba has now been asked to leave the room.

Ah there was a feline close to the scene of the crime, the plot thickens. It could have been a set up in that case, felines love to make K9's suffer at this time of year with their sneaky hijinks and shenaligans!

You have too much time on your hands.

However, so do i - i am a canine defence lawyer and will be contacting the dogs shortly to discuss their cases.

Elmo will be staying in custody overnight until a hearing date is set, thank you Rob I will inform you of Elmo's prison number as he will need your help providing your fees are not too high.

Thats great I will ensure you get alot of publicity from this I will inform Elmo you are doing it pro-bone sorry I mean pro-bono.

I must ask though what previous canine cases you have worked on, experience is very important.

I individually defended each of the 101 dalmations in the not often publicised counter claim made by Cruella da Ville, managed to win the case and get damages plus court costs.

I defended 'Tramp' when his relationship to 'Lady' hit rock bottom

I defended the estate of Old Yeller posthumously in a large civil action

I have worked on numerous cases for Lassie.
