Seem to work very well yes, I still prefer Eibachs though for height, for me they sit about perfect for everyday road use.

Autosol is a good start, if not buy yourself a polishing kit, depends on how good you want it to be....

Depends if your paying someone to do it or not? And if you can be arsed to change your plugs all the time. Iridiums "should" last 20,000 miles, thats what they quote anyway.

Thats £135 + VAT each yes. Can be a bit of an arse to fit sometimes, depends if they are seized on at all, a lot of them are these days as the cars are getting older.....

Do you know which ball joints they meant? You cant buy them on there own, they come with the arms only.
