  1. what pads did you go for? i have the 6 pot rears also
  2. surely the pressure would be too much for anything apart from bacteria that deep
  3. saw you at this junction, spoilerless with ts cf bonnet very nice looking car
  4. ROs and MOs are the same, just MO's have extra 2 plates on to fit other seats with, useless for recaro speed
  5. Fitted the D2 8 pot fronts with the sport pads, there are 3 grades ; street, sport and race, ill try these out and see whether theyre ok or its its going to need better pads. pedal feel is nice and firm, slightly firmer than the uk's but theres not a great deal in it. Im still bedding these in so I cant test these fully yet, Ill do a street review in the new year and track review when its a bit more sunny! I couldnt get the rear discs off as they were bloody stiff so te back ones will be fitted in the new year these are the 356mm(14 inch) version here are some pics to see for the mo http://www.uzmanulhaq.info/d28pots.jpg http://www.uzmanulhaq.info/d28potfittedfront.jpg http://www.uzmanulhaq.info/d28potfittedfront2.jpg

  7. mate the mo is basically a ro with 2 extra bits so it can fit other base mounts im 99% sure you need ro for recaro speeds but i will confirm FO for side mounts only, nothing to do with the speeds
  8. im pretty sure its RO type as MO fits brix 1 but the speed had brix 2 spaced bolt holes (RO-type) appears to match the dimensions of the Recaro. The Recaro sppeds width is 405mm and the distance from the rear to front holes are 235 and 260 mm respectively. Check out the pic below and you'll see that they appear to match. http://www.tees-usa.com/images/rail_s_RO.gif but ill confirm 100% whn i get a mail back mo are completely different http://www.tees-usa.com/images/rail_s_MO.gif
  9. ill fire off an email to confirm, can anyone give me the dimensions of the bolts so i can see if theyre the same as brix 1 or 2
  10. that looks really nice im just using a oil catch tank at the mo
  11. this is what you need for base mount PART RO http://www.neweraparts.com/Default.aspx?tabid=54&CategoryID=159&List=0&catpageindex=3&Level=a&ProductID=238
  12. I wouldnt get onbe that isnt dampener based as youll bugger your crank. The boostlogic one is dampened so should be fine, but ebay ones usually arent
  13. OBX arent that great matey, mainly in the fitting, which is generally poor. I have no knowledge of these on the supra, but people had these on their gt4s and on the hyundai coupe forum, and the fitting is awful
  14. the 7.35 lap in the gtr says this though 7:35* -- 159.864 km/h -- Nissan GT-R, 473 PS/1724 kg (*mfr. estimation) http://www.motortrend.com/future/spied_vehicles/112_0712_2008_nissan_gt_r 473 ps, that deffo aint standard, 150hp above base
  15. what games did you get? i got cod4 and smackdown vs raw fro the wife graphics are amazing
  16. If you can afford something like the endless or ap kits id get them for sure over the others. d2 and k sport are cheaper and more than adequate on track (my friend has ksport 330s and that cars stopping power is amazing) and for road use, where most people will use them 90% of the time. Then theres uks which are pretty good, i have project mu 2 piece discs on them, ive used project mu pads and they faded easily, i also tried endless which were better but still fade and now have ebc yellows, they dont fade but take a while to warm up and are dusty. hence the d2s. Ill report onthem when theyre fitted. braking from 70 on j spec pads is serious crap yourself time!!
  17. lol in what situation? when youre going less that double figures, i had these on my soarer they were bloody awful
  18. theyre dark purple, jut looks blue on the cam
  19. my brakes and suspension have now arrived, will be fitted in the new yr, my friend has the same setup on his r33 albeit ksports and are very good, will review fully when fitted sorry about blurry pics http://www.uzmanulhaq.info/d26pots.jpg http://www.uzmanulhaq.info/d28pots.jpg http://www.uzmanulhaq.info/d2coils.jpg http://www.uzmanulhaq.info/d2coils2.jpg
