  1. Maybe you should try and find a spare TEMS shockie, and do some testing on the bench? The JDM Gen 5 Celica GT-R had the same set-up, well the model with 4ws had anyway. If you crack this one, then your onto a winner:) Andra
  2. Thats how i did measure the wires, against the chassis. I removed one of the grommets to gain access to the wires while the plug was connected, and the readings were just the same. Maybe they don't get a current untill the car is moving? Thats why i tried it in "D" with the hand brake well up and the wheels choked. Andra
  3. I checked the voltages at the plug and found them all to have .25mv across each. I tried it again with engine running, and with the shifter in drive with the hand brake well up tight. Tried it again in pwr and diagnostic mode, the same, how the h*ll this works i really don't know:search: Andra
  4. Ok bud, I know i said i would take a piccie of mine, and that i have failed to do so, but like i said, i've been real busy helping Bedlam, and prepping mine for Crail:cool: I'll check the voltage on mine across each wire, on normal, pwr, and track day, and i can tell you, on track day (realy diagnostic mode) the shockies are set to zero rebound and the ride is rock hard:) I should be able to get this done for you during the course of the week as i'll not be to busy at work, so please bear with me;) Andra
  5. Aye and you mister, 9 bleedin cups of coffee later, , , , , , Andra
  6. LOL. Sorry bud, i did'nt get the chance, i'm just in from giving Big Bedlam a hand fitting a high stall and shimming the actuators on his auto-box. Will deff take the piccies for yah the morra:innocent: Andra
  7. I'll post a pick of mine the morra, just to compare:cool: Andra
  8. Looks like the shockies were fitted by the previous owner in Nippon, the front shocks from a Soarer do fit the Supra. Andra
  9. Hi bud, Saw yir post on the LSOC:) TEMS, best thing since sliced bread, Toyota Electronic Modulated Suspension. As you will probally have a good idea what it is, but to answer your question about stiffening them up, then here goes. If they are factory fitted then when the PWR is in normal mode, the suspension is nice and supple, but if you hit a fast bend and have to steer quickly to get round it, the suspension will automaticly stiffen up to help prevent body roll. Flick the switch over to PWR, and there is a noticable stiffening of the suspension, don't know about the the Supra, but this also removes some power assist, and holds the revs right up to the red line (7200) before changing. No here is the best bit, the diagnostic port under the bonnet, if you bridge a certain two points (can never remember which ones, but I "just go and do it") you set the shockies to 0 rebound, and the suspension is rock hard, and i mean, rock hard:) The Gen 5 JDM Celica has the same set-up, so no doubt the Supra may have been giving the same, as an option maybe:idea: Andra
  10. LOL, Nae Bother bud, a run @ Crail is always welcome;) Andra
  11. M80, around 3.30-4.00 pm Cumbernauld??? White Supra, doing at least 100 leptons, flew past me, while i was nursing an empty tank too ye auld crustean, after a run in with some Mitsi 3000 piece of pants See who ever it was, i could show you what a real engine can do, yes, the orignal 1J-GTE, a real orignal Yamaha, un-Toyota messed up piece of crap:p Andra
  12. The Soarer TT can hold it's own CRAIL Andra
  13. Aye Big Bedlam is still around, and the Beast is running. Working long hours me thinks. . . . . Soramad, hehehehehehehe Andra
  14. Everything is pretty much the same as the Supra kit, just a few manifold tweeks, and the engine on the Soarer sits a little back towards the bulk head than the Supra, so carefull hose planning is required due to the bend from the turbo out-let being right next to the strut turrent. Andy
  15. I agree, Terry is very helpfull, but when you get someone to help develop the kit for the Soarer, and around 10 peeps have genuine interest, who have made repeated request by phone/email/PM's you would expect some sort of reply, wouldn't you? Would make great business sense to continue the kit Andy
