Thanks Terry. I think that I am going to look into Chris' suggestion about replacing the internals first. I didn't realise that there are different behavior options available from diffs.

"A" denotes size? I believe that Soarer diff codes are: A01A - 3.916 ratio Open Centre A01B - 3.916 ratio Torsen LSD A02A - 4.083 ratio Open Centre A02B - 4.083 ratio Torsen LSD (Higher ratio for the V8). Or could it be that the first A is the size and the second is the open/LSD?

A02A, which I believe denotes a 4.083 ratio Open Centre.

Thanks Guys. Chris, in what way unsuitable? My (beginners) view is that the purpose of an LSD is to prevent one wheel slipping while the other has traction. Is there more to it than that?

Update: I've just found out that the MKIV Supra diff will fit but only from the NA model. The Turbo diff is bigger, apparently. So, does anyone have one for sale or know where one might be available? Thanks.

Hello everyone, At the Crail Thrash last Sunday I was soundly trounced by AndyTT and Bedlam (both registered users on this forum). We all have Twin Turbo Soarers, by the way. My terminals are OK (103.4 mph) but my starts and 60ft times are rubbish and I'm putting this down to traction difficulties. Limited Slip Diffs for Soarers are like hens teeth in this country but I'm advised that one from a MKIV Supra will fit. Can anyone confirm this and, if so, does anyone have one for sale? Thanks.

Thanks matt, but it does have to be UK spec. It is an upgrade. I know about Walbro but I was just looking to see if anyone had anything cheaper. Thanks anyway.

Greetings all, Does anyone know where I can get a cheap UK Supra fuel pump? I want one for my Soarer (1JZ-GTE). I’m advised that one will fit straight on. Thanks.
