trax was excellent again this year saw a few supras a silver one was behind me for the last 5 miles off silverstone got caught in that jam saw another white one just going in the curcuit and a few on stands but didnt get to chat to anyone someone let a club card on my screen in the car park [we need club window decals i am going to see the local graphics printers would any one be interested, any ideas on design and size ? next year we need a club stand so we can all show off together .saw a couple of supras on track the silver grey one was going for it and so was the white one wish i would have gone on now if there is enough of us we can have club track time all together now that would be something. keep the rubber side down and the shiney side up catch you at the next meet --dave

had a go at the 0-60 at trax and totally screwed up had the box in manu o/d off but put it in 2nd instead of 1st [knobhead]whats the best config for the quickest launch ? i know what manu means manual shift but what the hell is ECT-S??????? and what does it do .

my tyres are wearing on the inside on both front wheels so i took it to be tracked and was told the tracking is ok its the camber that has been changed i have too much negative camber is this easy to adjust and can someone like ats do it or should i go to a specialist anyone got any comments i would be thankfull--cheers dave [non turbo94 lowered suspension and 18 inch wheels] also what tyre pressures should i use

thanks for all your comments, longlife exhausts are widely advertised in the modding mags its a custom built exhaust from s/s with a choice of 80 tailpipes i had one for my 2.2 audi coupe and found it very good .I think i will leave the first cat on and bypass the 2nd i couldnt live with it being too loud, anyway longlife ask how loud you want it and you can have a larger diameter system as well and there guaranteed for the life of the car. I will let you know on thursday what its like

sorry exhaust is a longlife with cat replacement pipe i am wondering if i can take both the cats off my mate runs an mot shop so no prob there what do u reckon the rattle maybe the plate maybe the plate under the downpipe on the bend

i have an annoying rattle at certaun revs sounds like a loose bracket every time i put it up on the lift it wont do it i think its cominig from where the first cat is anyone had similar ?? and i am going to have a longlife exhaust fitted next week £369 and a 2nd cat bypass will i gain more bhp/torque if so how much .thanks for your comments see you all at trax --dave

the leather on my stick is sh"* can you get aftermarket items and how do you remove them to have them re leathered

just been cleaning my supra and by accident got some cutting polish on my headlight glass so polished it off and hey presto i had a clear patch so done them both and now they look like new the stuff is callled turtle wax safe cut scratch remover its in a tube and can be found in halfords 1.99 I think.

what does ects mean and what happens to the gearbox when manu is engaged other than you have to shift manually only had my supra 8 weeks and still learning

my o/d off light on the dash keeps flickering every now and then even though the o/d is on doesnt flicker when o/d is on only when off anyone else had this problem?????

when i push the a/c button the revs increase i can hear the a/c engage but the air does not get cold

my a/c is not working .do u just push the a/c button in and it works or ? is there a visible way of checking the gas ?

there is usually plenty of space in the infield on the grass perhaps if we have a contact mobile then whoever is going we can meet up park our rides in a row bound to get in the mags if we do that . my mobile is 07817552595 i normally get there about 11am to get an infeild pass you need at least a 0-60 ticket buy online and they will send it by post saves going to the pits getting a pass going back to the car etc.etc. i believe the 0-60 run is head to head this year not single car runs like before.c u there dave
