  1. halfords said the cheapest they have done that wheel and tyre combo is £2900 and there must have been a mistake made on ordering. luky c^&t. defo got them for £1650 incl tyres, they order them from motorsport wheels in Leeds and get a 15% discount from them, then was given a further 20% as they had an offer on straight after xmas. Main problem is the wait for the right offset been made as been ordered in direct from Japan
  2. I have had my J-spec supra for only a few weeks and when i bought it both wing mirrors folded inwards. I then by accident knocked into the drivers side carrying a big ladder (lol) and since then has not worked. Any ideas as to what may have broken??? as having not stripped one down b4 not sure of mechanical workings inside Cheers people
  3. What do you think to the ones on the website i put down as not a bad price for them. dont think they are carbon fibre, but leaves the option of having them colour coded (specially when ive picked the bloody coloure!!)
  4. the wheels are 18" MVK's which i had fitted brand new when i bought the car back in August last year. If you go to http://www.mswuk.com then click on MVk they are the ones in the middle, they have got good tyre tread left on and wheels are immaculate and not been curbed RRP is £125 each contact me if interested in them
  5. Opinions wanted please I am currently getting me car resprayed down at G M Clements in Derby (some kind of blue ??? bike colour with a nice pear!!!) and don't know whether to stick with Veilside rear spoiler or go for one of these G T Wings like on F and F but with medium legs on it so not quite so high in the air Have seen some at http://www.m8auto-tec.co.uk look under spoilers will be having vents in bonnet made, 19" OZ split rims on it, two tone blue and cream contrast leather fitted, what would look the best ?????????? as wot with choosing the damn colour this project starting to do my head in
  6. no piccys yet mate, but car getting fitted with alloys soon along with a full respray, two tone leather fitted, dashboard resprayed private number plate, just about everything possible will have old wheels for sale soon and possible veilside rear spoiler.
  7. the offer at Halfords may have finished now but worth a call anyway as Lee said i did buy OZ Superleggera Forged Split Rim alloys for £1650 incl VAT 9 x 19" Front with 235 35 19 Toyo Proxeys 10 x 19" Rear with 275 30 19 Toyo Proxeys Should look the dogs bollocks on a supra as i feel the deep dish wheel have always looked sweet as compliment the bodywork
  8. Greetings I have a 1994 j-spec and i am wanting to know whether anyone has come across any problems fitting as aftermarket steering wheel, as the original wheel has an airbag and people are saying you may have to reset something to stop the light flashing on the dashboard Or will one fit straight on with no messing? Can anybody put this one to bed????? Many Thanks
  9. Thanks for the part number and SUPRA quick response matey as have ordered them today but the parts person at toyota wasn't sure whether they were plastic or glass, and yes have ordered without the expensive bulb holders (must be gold plated or something) happy now as you have just confirmed to me they are indeed the glass surrounds Thanks
  10. Strange request i know but - Does anyone know the part number for the Glass headlamps to fit a 1993 - 1996 Supra Thanks Everyone
  11. Chuck_Legend If its any use to you, i would get down to your local Halfords store (believe it or not) as i have just purchased the OZ Superleggera Forged split rims and payed £1650 with tyres sizes front - 9 x 19" with 235 35 19 Toyo Proxys rear - 10 x 19" with 275 30 19 Toyo Proxys Just after xmas they had 20% off all wheels bought, might have finished now but they order from Motorsportwheels direct and get good discount as Halfords are a big group buyer. Worth a telephone call mate
  12. Paul Don't your indicators have the side light built in like the 96onwards, as mine are just an indicator and no side light - as the side light in built into the headlight all gets very confusing thanks for any help
  13. thanks for the info matey, cant believe they cost that much - i take it that is for the pair of clear ones? so could i get away with fitting 96 on to my 94 cheers.....
  14. Does anyone know whether the 96 on front indicators fit onto a 1994 supra (imported) as i think the only difference is the 96 on have a side light built in aswell. If they cant does anyone know where to buy just clear front indicator as opposed to crappy looking orange ones. Also if anyone is interested i will be selling some cheap MVK 18" alloys (can be viewed at http://www.mswuk.com) with good tyres, as i have bought some 19" OZ Superleggera Forged wheels, any interest let me know or leave your email address and i will email some piccys Super Doopra
  15. Thanks for that info matey, will do a search for instructions on how to clean up my lights. Also you mentioned £120 per headlight for glass replacements, when i contacted Toyota they asked for my chassis number and quoted me around £450 for the pair (complete lamps) Regards.................Supra Doopra
  16. I am trying to find a pair of headlights that are in nearly new condition for my 1994 Supra, as mine have an awful tinge of yellow to them, have tried cleaning - no good PLEASE HELP SOMEONE
