I agree with my fellow trader. There are a lot of crooks out there who appear to be very professional and plausable. I was recently offered a very nice 1995 TT 6 speed...for £2700 shipped! If it seems too good to be true, it probably is! -

On Monday I am picking up a 1993, K reg, auto TT in Silver. It is in exceptional condition for the year with just one or 2 small "shopping trolley" marks on the one door. It was imported in 1999 and has just 3 owners since then. It has completed 89,000 miles but comes with 12 months MOT and receipts to show recent new suspension, reconditioned turbo's, timing belt change and a full service. It also has a cat 1 alarm. This is an absolute steal at just £5450! (pics to follow on Monday)

I have a customer who is picking up a car on Saturday and would like to upgrade it to BPU. His budget doesnt really allow for all brand new so i am looking for options on a mixture of new and very good quality 2nd hand. I have already sourced a Defi controller, boost gauge and egt gauge. I now need the following urgently! 1. Cat back exhaust Now sorted 2. Decat pipes Now sorted 3. Boost controller Sorted 4. FCD - Sorted 5. Restrictor ring Sorted 6. Plugs Sorted 7. Fuel pump Sorted And anything else I have forgotten in my haste to write this and then have my dinner

If you buy private you can buy an after market warranty but it will depend on the age of the car. most warranty compnaies wont touch cars over 10 years old. Also, in my experience, the warranty on offer is crap and they do everything they possible can to get out of paying up.

I am not too sure why you quoted me and then wrote that? My comment was in relation to the statement that people are not buying performance cars anymore and yet I have sold 4 in the space of 8 days! -
