  1. Only short term till I can save for that full respray so worth a go.
  2. That's a pretty good job considering you did it all yourself. Tempted to give it ago myself now, Does it not make a mess of your drive when your doing it haha:blink: Have to see how you get on with it. Is it a hassle to do because may just buy a kit and do it or spend the 300 and get it done hassle free hmmm decisions haha.
  3. Doesn't sound to bad to me imo. Sounds like anything I would do to a normal car would scratch that normally so that doesn't bother me. I take it you just bother with the outsdie don't bother with inside the door trims etc as its only temp?
  4. He does have proper pictures infront of his garage on his facebook page and the job does lok good, i put the link in above to see what any one thought and his done a pretty good job. Nope but my friends with his 335 has been using him for all his work and his done really well with it all. He said he can do a range of colours so not sure if it's all matte or not but probably will go for the matt white.
  5. Let me know how you get on with it mate!
  6. Okay , On his facebook page and scrolling though his photo's on facebook his actually got the cars his wrapped and they don't look to bad imo. https://www.facebook.com/vtatinting/photos_stream Take a look what you think of the work since you've been working with it before ?
  7. It's worth ago for that surely, If it lasts a year then I've got enough money saved for my respray and then can get it done and be a happy lad. It's just I've been quoted £400 just for touch up repairs etc so it seems worth giving ago/.
  8. Thanks detectives !! I wouldn't of even seen noticed that!! Naught boy indeed to have that on his website, He sent me that but displays a lot lower down on his website. Take a look: http://www.vtaltd.com/
  9. That look's good. How long does it last for and do you have any problems with it?
  10. They do it in various white finishes but think a matt may last better than a metallic. What do you think would look better? Quoted to be done every 3 years if well looked over but probably not that long haha.
  11. Can do a lacquer spray to give it a more shiny look but not to sure.
  12. Better than popping bubble wrap?
  13. Thinking matte white. Know the engine area and all the door trims etc wont get done but for a price for £300 isn't it almost worth a punt.
  14. It's only temporary but if its that bad maybe it's not worth it. I know i want a full respray its just the cost I will be waiting a while to save up. Thought full car for 300 was to good for something decent.
  15. Basically my supra is in need of full respray, I know how much it costs which is why I'm going to save up each month to have it all done properly. Basically a garage near me does a great job with Plasti-dip and because his done so work on my friends I can get the whole car done in Matt white for £300. I can show you some of his work and it looks good and it's just until I can get the full respray. Just wanna know your thought's on it Also quoted me: Wheels Dipped Matt black £150 Hid Headlights £90 fitted Lights restore £60 If done same time as the car dip which is 300 will be 550 all the above Let me know. Kris.

Why haven't you looked It would say on the steering wheel SRS airbag and the passenger would would have there's on the dash, If you don'y youve most likely got another glovebox on the dash Kris.
  17. I checked my wheel nuts the other day and saw someone fitted a normal nut to where my stud use to be
  18. Had this problem with mine. Turns out my rear shocks were in a mess! Mine leaked a little oil out by the rears have you got any of that?
  19. Why do i get the feeling I'm gonna do the exact same
  20. Know what I've got in mind haha How long is the process from once you've ordered it over to arrival time? I've been enquiring a little but hard to get a definitive answer - - - Updated - - - Who did you import from
  21. Looking at importing my next supra over from Japan. Any advice or peoples experience dealing with importing it over? Look forward to hearing from everyone.
