  1. thanks people - I think all the websites that gave that info for free have been bought out by homechk pro - Dammit! Once I get to the 'offer' stage I will register with homecheck pro and pay the cash

  2. Hello All,

There use to be a site which allows you to enter a postcode and it will give you information on subsidence in that particular area, I cant remember what site it was and I cant find it on google! Anyone know what the hell I’m talking about?

    TIA

  3. Bad news termy dude - glad it was sorted with little/no expense.

The worse thing is the speed bumps cause cars to speed up/ slow down in residential areas which must be a proper pain in the ass for the residents, I would hack them down myself if they got put up on my road!

  4. I have a mysterious ghost story:

On a cold winters night an 18 year old girl was home alone whilst her parents went away for the weekend, thunder, lightning and darkness prevailed, a real scary scene out of her bedroom window of her country house in the middle of the Yorkshire dales. All she had was her little dog which she kept with her in bed and held tight to keep her warm in the dark lonesome room, every so often she would see an even darker shadow creep up on the wall slowly and then disappear , she looked at her alarm clock, it was 3am, she slowly fell asleep.

The next morning her parents came back at 7am only to find the house a complete mess and her dog killed and skinned in the bathroom! when the dog was examined they deduced he had been dead for over 10 hours, the question is what was the hot furry thing the girl was stroking and patting all night ?
