Early end off 2013 seasson oem toyota Conrod on 1st cylinder has probably crooked when i put new 1680cc injectors and 2.1bar boost on it 1st piston is 4mm under the deck but block and crank seems ok -

Now its upp and running Milling TB flange Out in the sun with refurbed oem wheels TT6 big diff with TRD LSD Gerbox in place and vss sensor on output shaft signal goes in to maxxecu digital input 1 and will be asigned an output channel to get the speedo working. oem speedo reads 20kmh @ 10hz and 140kmh @ 100hz -

Smal progress Engine and gerbox are in place with help of a close frend i cant valk normal yet and might neead new surgery.... But i hawe made som smal progress with the electrical system added Boost valve, boost temp out of turbo and idler motor. The gerbox is a tight fit since im still on th auto gerbox tunnel. I hawe made a adapter from the Bmw 3bolt hardy to toyota 4bolt prop but i mad it in steel and dont like that its hevy so i considder redoing it in alu.... Next project is to make a new rear gerbox mount and integrate a sensor on the hub that reads from a abs ring so i can make a convension in the maxxecu so my speedo works -

Thanks now i will not make annything on the car since i hawe had surgery to my leg for the third time in since 2009 ... so the season will be short just hope to be able to run it in the end of this year -

it was 262$ in US at Elmhurst in Sweden They are twice that price or more im trying to sorece a LHD Wiper Crowl Cover the price in Sweden is over 500£ and 150£ in Us but shipping is expensive from Us so it makes no diffrence... Somone sitting on one and wold like to shipp it to sweden pls let me know I hawe a freindes addres in Dodrecht NL that is possible to send to if its cheaper than direct to Sweden Thanks evryone fore the positve response -

Some Spedparts AN8 Fragola and a fuel filter Also baut a Oil cooler that i will feed froma Whaler Thermo block from a Volvo B230ET Red block in my opinion Termostat on the oil is verry important so you reach oil temp fast and then hawe a stabel temp. Pressure plate from Sachs 999 765 Flywheel from Comp Clutch Still wating for my 6puck Sprung hub from Clutchnet The Carpet from Stockinteriors is nothing i can recomend. Buy a OEM insted ! its made out off good material but they mould it directly on the floor without evening out the floor befor with some fome. -

Thanks Today i hawe removed all the interior hawe orderd a new carpet from stockinteriors.com that just cleard customs so im going to put that in more picures as work continue -

Her is a pic of the welding on the outside of the housing i hawe no pic of the inside but i hawe filled the empty room under the lower shaft front bering just above the outside modification hope this explains what i meean. And then i hawe a new fault with the W59 box the 3-4 Syncro slider But now to the mor fun part the Mod off the Bmw ZF Gerbox First Cut apart aprox 95mm must go Then you nead aprox 55mm of the Auto Bellhousing - 1-3mm of adjustment shold not be flush when welding i prefere 1mm gap. Her you can also see the Hub that is screewd down to the Crank shaft New pilot bering is neeaded to 6002 fits right on then its just to start welding it all toghether 4-5cm at the time and when the outside is done its tim for the inside. all done also i got a set of used 17inch oem wheels 8" front 9,5" rear Those will work better with my Euro Brakes. -

now the bmw gs6-53dz arrived from germany when the W59 is of the car i will post pic of the housing. The gears are still fin only hawe problem with shiifter fork that come lose -

w59 is almost the same as w58 its a Hiace / Hilux 2wd transmission im using the w58 housings on but i hawe reinforced the housing around the bottom shaft only reason for using w59 is that they are verry chep and common in the scrapyards -

Raceday @ Emmaboda only done one run for the day with the time of 12.49 198/khm 123mph 2.2sec 60feet then the front bottom bering broke on the w59 box only run 1.1bar boost aprox 600hp -

i haw got hold off a hiace W59 that im going to run this summer hopfully will hold toghether if i lower the boost to 1bar dont hawe money for a V160 and dont hawe time to make a Bmw getrag fit the car. will hawe to be a winter project .... -

the hvac i used the jspec wiering but it shold be the same as the us LHD lom but the pinout is diffrent in the control panel. i cut the US contacts and collor matched it to my J spec loom 1 wier wasent used in the us loom think it was green .... it works but ther is somthing that aint right i thik becaus if i choose defrost i get air on the flor and wise versa... will look at it later or if you find out pls let me know -

yes im building the intake myself its not the best way to make it but its an easy way to do it if it dont flow even i will find it out with the individual egt sensors in manifold. -

Slow Progress forwad with the engine Engine and gerbox is in place so now im instaling a new ECU with 6 EGT sensors and Wbo2 Feedback Modifyed the Exhaust manifold so wastgate is more acssesebel
