  2. cheers mate that is a right touch of a thread, will look at it when i get home from work as majority of the pics wont show up.
  3. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=230439 ive only been a member for a couple of weeks and this is the newbie thread i did and it has pictures on rear. i like the look of both if im honest, the bomex rear spats stand out in my mind to oem ones, and the previous owner suggested a trial rear bumper, which does look nice, but im more open to suggestions and other peoples opinions.
  4. Afternoon guys and girls, bit of a dilema, well not so much a dilema just more of a question. My rear bumper is standard and im looking at either getting a whole new rear bumper, or put some spats on. Been looking on the knight racer website and i will be buying there i think unless someone can think of somewhere else to go. so what should i go for a complete new bumper, or go for spats??? cheers ppls

    hellooo

welcome mate, what route you going to be going down, n/a or TT, ive been a member on here for a about a week and only recently bought myself a n/a on saturday as i wanted more of a cruising car then a pure beast of a TT, such a great car to drive about. Your not that far from me nice to meet someone in the same county at least haha. Whats your budget?? the guys and girls have made me feel very welcome and im sure they will do the same to you.
  10. cheers mate, i was looking at tt too, but i fancied a changed from turbo charging fun, and im happy with my purchase, and the power delivery isnt as bad as i thought and i kinda like. but who knows what the future holds a single turbo conversion could be on the cards one day, but for now im keeping the engine as it is, just need to do an oil and coolant change and cambelt then go from there...
  11. its got 80k on the clock, so pretty good milage for a 17 year old car. as for plans for the car, i want to put a rear bumper on or some rear spats havent quite decided, and then i want to take out all the sound system and put my own stuff in, but not sure on what brand to go for...... hmmmm decisions dicisions

    Hi all

hope you enjoy the car matey
  13. cheers for the comments guys, im going to be leaving the body work till last, im going to be focusing on the audio side of things first then once that is done i will be taking a good hard look at the exterior and decide which option to go down.
  14. well its by no means as fast as the evo, but the rumble is alot better then the evo and its alot easier to drive, i love my evo dont get me wrong, i probably wont drive a car that raw again, i want to go out and enjoy driving this car and hopefully take it to some shows aswell...
  15. heres some more pics of my car i took this morning, when at my folks and heres a pic of it next to my evo which is about to be sold..
  16. cheers for the comments guys making me feel really welcome into this word of straight 6 power. 18. welcome mate im a newbie too and i have just bought a n/a today and throughly enjoy it ive gone down in power as i used to own an evo 5 and i dont regret it one bit, its such a great drive. all i can say is take your time when looking for a supra and the right one will eventually become available. and i would also recommend to over a budget because no matter how much u set your budget u always go over it.
  19. thanks guys i guess everyone is going to be chalk or cheese with other ppls cars but i valve everyones comments i have a few ideas in which direct to go with this car, but for now im just going to enjoy it, go to a few meets and enjoy the experience...
