Hey guys after my post last week about having so much trouble with intercooler pipes blowing off I have managed to get my hands on a pro bead roller. After all the comments about ways to stop them blowing off under pressure I thought it was time to take action. It just arrived today and the results are pretty good for a first attempt. Let me know what you think!!!

Whats a beading tool? Rivet idea sounds a good way around it!! Its the same pipe that blows every time. I could try it with that pipe first.

I'm getting really annoyed!! Every time I take it out its popping off once it gets warm. I have stainless T- Clamps on but the last thing I want to do now is start stripping all the pipe work back off to get them beaded!! Thanks for the advice!

Hey all, I'm enjoying every bit of my turbo conversion apart from when the intercooler couplers warm up a bit they pop off or the pipe is blown out. I know I should have had a bead welded around the pipes but just wondered if there was any other way to stop them popping off? Cheers Davey

Hi, I've just been offered a nice set of wheels for my sup, they're polished deep dish on the rears and look really nice. The only trouble is one of the rears has a slight bit of kerb damage. Nothing much but i was just wondering if there is any type of repair for a polished rim? Iam not sure if they could be machined or just sanded and buffed. There is no big chunks out just a bit of scraping. The wheels are similar to the ones i have on 'axis penta' but thought a second set would be handy. Davey
