This is the one I bought.. Very well calibrated

Yep speak to Jurgan at JM Imports

OMG thats shocking you have only just got that built
More importantly you both got out alive which is good news, I hope you and your friend get well and have a speedy recovery

I used Autoglym alloy wheel seal after every wash.. Just spray it on and buff it off. Its kind of like an easy wipe polish. Great stuff..
Most probably not as good as the stuff mentioned above..

I love the R32 GTR's
But I wouldn't choose one from a Supra. The 2JZ engine is a lot better than the RB26 engine in my opinion.
I also think the Supra is a more iconic car, especially over the R32... Not so much over the R34 though..
End of the day its totally up to you, but if im honest I think once you have owned it for a bi, that exciting feel of a new car has worn off t you may revert back to wanting a Supra.
I'm aiming for a GTR myself next but the R35, I'm in no rush though

I can't stand the sound of the one on mine
Stick with stock bov IMO
Fussy git
There is a different inserts as scott said.
The purple one will make a more deeper woosh like a majority of the Bov's sound. Thats what I have in mine. But I may change back as I like to change it every now and again.
The gold insert is the same as the stock insert.

Hi All. Finally got a good job done of my brake bell housing paint gloss black. Took all day but was worth it.. And I'm really happy with the outcome
I did them gloss black to match the callipers.
I originally painted one side of the car with high heat paint and it came out awful.. From this thread:
So I messaged baldy from as he left a post on my thread that high heat paint isn't needed so a massive thank to him for the time to message me ect.. funny enough I remember my callipers being painted bayside blue with normal paint years ago that was fine..
So Some pics:

Alex at AKS tuning mate. I hear bad things about Koyo and for the price they are is very worrying..

Today I finally fitted a new rad. I went for the mishimoto 3 core rad as there a great price and I hear good things and the lifetime warranty
Took about 2 1/2 hours on the floor..
So some pics for you all I guess
My alloy rad I had fitted some years ago leaking in a few places from the core
Exciting times when car parts arrive
All shiny and just about ready to go in
And with some maguires metal polish to finish it off after instalment. I rerouted some wiring for tidiness.
And for tomorrow.. Painting my brake bell housings with hammerite smooth black..
Lets hop that goes as smoothly as todays job.

looking good fella

bought some hammerite smooth black spray today. doing to give that a go on thursday

I think you've either sprayed it on far too thick, or applied it with a potato
You need to lay the paint down in thin coats, about 3-4 with 10 minutes between coats.
Lol. Applied as usual when I spray anything. As soon as I put a thin coat on, it all wrinkled. The only way to remove the wrinkling was a heavy coat.

Those spots mean silicone/grease/dirt under there. Use brake cleaner to get the initial grime off, sand it up for a good key, us brake cleaner again then tack cloths to clean it up 100%, Never used that VHT stuff I just stick with foliatec now
I fully degreased at cleaned using brake cleaner!! I think its just naff spray..
That looks like it's reacted, was the part preped and pre cleaned properly before applying the paint? It doesn't need to be heat proof paint, the above is water base colour with car body clear coat, done over 3000 miles now and still all good
That looks great.. PM'e

Hay all.
I have brembo brakes and the disk mounts (could be call bell housings?) have gone all old and stained.
So I thought its time to paint them and get them looking fresh.
I have had an absolute nightmare. I spent the whole day doing one side..
I used the below spray and its come out all wrinkled when sprayed the to surface causing major time to get remotely right.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251643693614?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
Being a fussy bugger this isnt good enough (pics attached below). The front came out nicer than the rear. But before I do the other side what is the best paint to use? And I will want to redo the rear that I have already done.
Previous years I have done callipers with calliper paint and a bush and had no issues but as the disk mounts are smooth I dont want a rough finish.
I'd love to get them re anodized but this is my daily runner and cant wait weeks for them back.
So what paint should I use? What your best experience to get the smoothest finish?
Thanks
Paul
