Someone hit the car while it was parked up! I'm having a hard time searching for a replacement part because i don't know what its called can someone help! Its not quick the bumper, lower rear wing maybe?

I guess i better get on trying to find a spare spacer wheel! I got a can of Tyre Weld as well but i though this might be more of a permanent solution, doesn't quite seem worth the hassle now. Thanks for the input!
