Neil lol bad times. I'm only 5"10 Id love to be 18 stone with the same body fat. height was never on my side. Thats ALOT of protein, for me I'd bloat out if I have more than 3 in a day and let me diet slip. I'd have to replace meals with 2 scoops.

 

I think it depends if your a hard gainer or not, and what your goals are. I'm trying to grow and lean, as I enjoy weights buy including the cardio. What your goals are will depend on your intake for sure.

I am just after growing mate, not too botherd if i put some fat on as i seem to be able to lose it really fast aslong as i am still putting muscle on, my problem is finding a gym that is actually open when its suposed to be, trying a new one in the morn so wish me luck lol.

Isn't 3 scoops of Protein a day too much Geo? I'm sure you know better than me but it seems an awful lot to me, i imagine a fair amount of that would just pass straight through your system? I would say 2 scoops would be more than ample, especially with the protein your ingesting through your diet as well.

I take 4 lots of protein shake a day 2x powerbeck mass gainer and 2 x powerbeck milk and egg powder.

After a rocky couple of months (losing 1.5 stone, 4 gyms in 2 months etc) im back to 18 stone but now 16% BF, but being 6'4" i just still look like a lanky streak of piss

Inside it is quiet as hell with the windows up but it seems a great sound when out of the car or accelerating away with the windows down, It was shockingly bad before so I am a happy lad. The only thing bugging me at the moment is the inlet valve opens as it should but it seems to briefly pick up well then slow and then go again which seems odd???? I changed the cap and arm earlier too and the arm was shot so that was a result and I have some front facelifts on too which look miles better.

 

The only things left to do are to get is a better sound system and a few trim screws off Keron while trying to sort out that delay issue but either way I am getting there bit by bit.

Well thats the end of my supra ownership, car is being collected tomorrow night
