hi was just replying to your previous post, before i start i am a novice! I had the same rattle and it turned out to be a bolt and washer had dropped down between turbos and they engine. I have the HKS Silent exhaust system with twin decats and the rattle started long after i had fit them. To answer your other quesion I i ran it for a while with just one cat on with the HKS zorst and boost never went over 1.2 bar so if you try you would be ok. Sorry cant be more help as i said i am a novice!

I had the 3.0 v6 on a 2001 plate mate i had exactly the same problem and its the coil packs playing up, I am told it is a common fault on all of the Jag v6 engines by the dealer. Have you got warrenty? And the spark plugs are a bitch to get to, let me know if you still havent found them and i will send you a picture

sorry J-spec TT came off a 93 and they are Catalist converters not Decat pipes! Apologies for spelling!

Thanks for the support, yeah got a proper business plan done with the help of a finance guru so it looks very impressive, I have had a lot of orders and enquirys from a local car club so i have put all of that in there. Their is a gap in the market as thier does nt appear to be many audio shops trading with clubs and cruise meetings and the profit on Audio is alot higher than Performance parts so i can afford to be quite cheap! I was considering starting a Performance garage but with the likes of Thor, Envy & Whifbitz their is no room for another Jap Car tuner!
