  1. Will this fit in a 2003 WRX? Will research online but figured it might say which cars it's compatible with in the manual. Interested if it fits mate :D Cheers

When i googled kenwood dpx503u, i noticed a few comments on scobbynet.com regarding some have fitted this unit in their car, but could not comment on what edition of scooby it was ? sorry. worth asking if your a member

  2. I have a brand new n/a clutch assembley that i bought off a member on here a while ago, as i thought my clutch was on the way out but it was only the thrust bearing whirring , and as been ok so far !

it looks like the fast road clutch advertised on ebay for £240, but not too sure it has the red housing with the pressure plate and bearing.

Looking for £120 plus postage , as it will be quite dear to send due to the weight.

Also i have two brand new rear wheel bearings (oe blueprint ) for a n/a , but i think they will fit a turbo if i'm to believe, please correct if i'm wrong ! paid £65 each for them a while back plus postage !

Looking for £50 each plus postage. (i have contacted Driftbear on these and he has first dibbs if he needs them, if not feel free to pm me )

    many thanks Dyers

  3. Hi All !

I have a used but in great condition Kenwood DPX503U double din head unit, i have had this for around 6mths and am only selling , due to selling my car ! it has a very little screen scratches if held up to the light. (if being picky  )

can not post pic. of unit as i have a new laptop and avn't set up to store pics. yet , but if you goggle the above unit the info. will come up.

it is compatable for ipod and usb use, four different colour settings to match your clocks etc. all in all a good unit.

i'm not very technical in these matters, so if you need any info on the unit, your best bet as i said is to goggle it and will tell you all you need to know.

comes with instructions , cage and handles to secure. all wired up to plug/connector, just connect to yours and away to go ;)

the only negative is , i have misplaced the remote to go with it. it's not essential but if you need one they are on ebay £11.99 plus postage. so not too bad.

the unit has been given very good reviews on most sites, and new i bought for £250 !

    looking for £100 plus postage.

    many thanks Dyers ;)

  4. Yep not far off there !

Think we should av a meet up in Ross on Wye again ! nice drive up, get to know u new guys and not to far South for you mid/west guys travelling along . nice pub / surroundings and some good food .

Could plan this for the next couple of weeks if guys up for it, and could meet up with some of the guys in Hereford/worcester/midlands area . won't be long before our summer is over (if it has started please inform me lol) be good to get a good meet in , seems to have died off lately !

J_supra can do the entertainment on the way up and down like last time if he's up to it lol

  5. Yup pretty much all my pals who gym are taking it now, ones hair is growing again and they all look years younger, I think you may be very surprised by the amount of celebs taking it, all be it reduced doses from a body building type dosage, my ex business partner who is 47 looks like he just stepped out of mens health and has the body of a 25 year old and he said he even feels 25 again, no aches, no pain, labido of a teenager and very strong.

Been doing a search on this, but there seems to be very little suppliers of this on the net. especially in the uk any idea the best place to get this ? just to sample of course :eyebrows:

  6. Dymatize Products are very good.

If you are wanting to lean up then supplements aren't as important as if you are bulking (like i am).

Diet is everything, cut down on the carbs, loads of tuna/chicken/turkey etc, keep the carbs in the morning.

You can add a protein shake post workout with water if you want.

Plenty of fat burning supps on the market but nothing that will drastically help.

Yeah leaning up really, getting a bit of definition more than anything ! eating healthy and taking Animal cuts(burner) as i tend to gain weight around my gut as i drive all day , so i try and exercise on my abs etc. and starting riding a mountain bike lately so feeling a bit better and looking leaner !
