  1. Hi all, Sorry I took so long in doing this but have been to busy playing with her. You were all right in saying the wait is worth it and oh boy you all were'nt wrong. So if you've time have a look in my garage and let me know what you think. Many Thanks Milly PS: Thanks again for all your help prior to me getting her.
  2. Hi, You were spotted in Sainbury's car park near Crest roundabout and is it you.
  3. currently on drive, but making room in the garage for her.
  4. must say gunmetal grey, lovely colour.
  5. Dude, I had the same issue when I was looking for mine man/auto, albeit always been a manual man my self. However, mines an auto and I'm extremely happy with her.
  6. I've had my import for a few weeks now. Trust me nothing to fear as per your title, as long as you do your checks. Try the checklist on this forum as I did and alls fine.
  7. Hi all, Well have'nt put any posts up for a while since I picked her up, as I am enjoying her to much. As she's the second car I am finding myself counting the minutes to my next drive in her. I am also enjoying the looks I get in her but not the k...s you try it on. I have also found myself washing and drying her even when its raining, feel guilty seeing her dirty. I know weird hey. Love her to bits and have been driving her like a grandad out on a Sunday drive since I picked her up. Although on Thursday I decided whilst driving down the A419, come on grandad lets open her up. I know shes only a N/A, but as she was roaring with that Jap exhaust down the road I looked at the speedo and realised, S..t shes off the clock and knocking on 0 again. Wow what a rush, I promise to get some pics up soon onced I've managed to convert the files. Well thanks all for reading. I have also seen a couple of Supras in Swindon and if your a member, make yourselves known.
  8. Hi Michael, Those Falken 451 235/40/17 look in good nik. Question though, if I was to fit them, would they be ok on the front as currently have Bridgestones all round. Sorry if this is a silly question but still a newbie and first Supra owned now 3 weeks. Regards Milly
  9. John, How ironic spent last weekend doing this, my upper lights on heater and control dials were not working. I took the dashboard of and the heater unit and replaced 8 lights, now she's lit up like a christmas tree. However, if this does not work do a search on forum it might be a dry joint and with a quick solder all should be well.
  10. Hi ya mate, Only had my first Supra for a couple of weeks now and trust me your love it.
  11. Nice to meet you guys as well and hope you got that dvd in and working properly in Jamies car. But with the help of greg you obviously heard mine, and saw us grooving baby yeah.
  12. A big thankyou to CJ for sending me here. Well, anything I say could'nt thank or big these guys or Sam up enough. Being a newbie to all of this and a bit vulnerable when I arrived, also knowing I had a alot of questions for experienced Supra people that might have been stupid ones. These guys and Sam welcomed me with open arms and any question no matter how stupid, they would tell you, show you for future reference and fix it if needs be straight away. I have never felt so welcome in all the years I've been going to places like this. Mine was a 140mile round trip and would do it again without even thinking. So any newbie out there these are the guys. A major thankyou to Greg and the man who undersealed my car, sorry forgot your name, but the squeak has gone, BEAUTIFUL. Hello to Jamie and Roy who was there nice meeting ya. Sam thanks again for providing the food was'nt expected. So it turned out to be a great weekend and thanks for all the compliments you payed towards me car. Take Care All Milly. PS: See ya soon and if not have a great Xmas.
  13. Welcome. Trust me picked up my first Supra sunday and can't stop drulling over it on drive.

I'm so happy there isn't any words I could think of to say. Now I know what you guys and gals felt. I have only a few cosmetic changes to make No.1 being reg plates front and especially rear one, as it needs to fit the square, will try and do a search but quick replies would be great, newbie and all that. Will put some pics up but she dirty now after her 180 mile journey home and I thought there were'nt good on fuel but she only used just under half a tank, beautiful. Am going to change rear spoiler to stock as current one a bomex but it is growing on me but always loved stock. Thanks for the dream SUPRA.

    New Supra

Cheers Vicky and all, Although last friday when I went to view her it took us nearly 5 hours to cover 150 miles. Rest assured me leaving tomorrow morn at seven so should be there in 2.5 hours. I think seeing her last week was great but has made the wait even worse.

    New Supra

Cheers Guys, Not done any pics yet but will put some on asap as another proud owner. Not seen on here before as she arrived in the country last week. If anyone is at Turbo-Fit on Saturday 2nd December it would be great to meet anyone, only if of course then over to Albert in Knight Racer, getting a pair of those clear indicators. PS: Thanks for the tip re: Weather but I will also be gutted to drive as she's had a full valet and waxed to the max.
