sorry for my english couse i am from malta but i live uk now .what i am trying to say is from stopped yea if i rev the engine to 5000rpm with the clucth pressed and leave the cluth on first gear i dont boost but if i do the same but less rpm then its ok sorry lads

its tt jspec manual its seams that if i am stopted and put it in first gear , rev the engine to 5000 and i let go the clucth it dont get boost and if i do the same with less revs like 4000 then its ok what is it ?
