    Our work make us park at a dodgy pub nearwork - I'm waiting for the day that happens to me. I'll f*cking lose it too, I don't think you did anything wrong. Already found a couple of dents & light scratches that weren't there before... It's scary what kids these days think is acceptable, seriously, would you look at a supe and think "hmmm...cool bench" !!!!

    Fair comment, I guess your brothers were too young or hadn't given it much thought. Takes alot of forethought to make sure you don't end up like that. I guess at 85 you won't have enough time to regret it!

    I used to work at a tattooists and he used something like that, was 11 years ago tho, can't remeber what it was called!

    Whatever you do don't scratch, even with a sponge in the shower or anything! Keep it out of the sun too for the rest of summer. I had my biggest one done, then a few days later went to Rhodes (i was young!) and had to have another hour's work done when I got back cos of the damage i had done! Oh and scratching makes clear holes in it, looks crap and going over it again shows.

    Well done, looks great! Slap on the savlon for a couple of hours an don't lean on anything! How was the pain? Out of 10?

    Not that different to the majority of the population me thinks? Most people have tattoos as an expression of who they are, a story they have to tell, something that means something to them. Some people have tattoos that I don't like, but chances are they got them for a reason. Yeah ok alot-alot of people have them now but i don't think having one means you are following a trend or makes you a slave to fashion. Rant over, thank you.

    Judging by the controllers I work with it also helps if you have no imagination, are very resistant to change and complain about everything... Well I'm not that imaginative and complain about everything so I'm half way there!

    I agree, I had 2.5 hours done on my lower back. Was told it would hurt on the spine but the edges (my fat bits!) hurt more. I'd say ranges from a 3 to an 7 out of 10, and I'm a big woose. No worries. Making me want another one! And I'm going in to town today...hhhmmmm....

    Thanks adman, did you decide not to do it after all? I did ask but they have a strict no feedback policy (admin charges, time etc etc ). I have a friend who is a pilot who got me on tho that American site, I assume it's the same one, thatnks for that. Roll on March!

    I scream and run from doctors needles yet I have 8. Don't worry. Depends very much where it is? Outside of arms etc not so bad, lots of padding, bony or sensitive areas, not so good. Doubt it'll be as bad as you think, and so quick!
