  1. Dude, that is soooo cool :) :) I can only hope that I can make a similar post sometime (21 years and 1 kid to go + a load of spending:) )
  2. Stupid Q possibly but ............what's an E handbrake?
  3. ChrisSZ

    Is it rude..

If it's done on an open forum then I would say no. The trader gets to tell you and others about a specific product which others may be interested in so it can be a bit like a free advert Still a bit 'cheeky' though
  4. Cheers dude - I'll try and have a pop round in the next couple of days
  5. ChrisSZ

    Just fitted them

Look the mutts mate - did you sort something out re. valve extensions??
  6. Got an address for them mate? I shall hae to pop round for a nose :d
  7. Don't think so mate - these guys are based in Taiwan:) Seen a set of their brakes on ebay recently http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/D2-Racing-8-Pot-Caliper-Brake-kit-Toyota-Supra-JZA80_W0QQitemZ170019797446QQihZ007QQcategoryZ23013QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem - certainly look nice :)
  8. I got a nice set of Oregon Scientific TP-329's - plenty of features, compact and robust, rechargeable (but can also use AAA batteries) and idiot proof!
  9. Got a complete set on ebay mate http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=020&item=300017956965&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1
  10. Might be worth your while looking in a cycle shop for valve extenders ??
  11. Know the feeling well mate - a garage was a pre-requisite for me when we were looking for a house!! Ballast wanted a garden, I insisted on a garage:d As it is, the Supe fits in with about 4" spare from the wing mirror (with the other one almost touching the wall). Once in I have about a foot one side to get in/out of if the passanger side is brushing the wall :d Undignified and ungainley entry/exit but at least my baby's safe and warm at night:d :d
  12. Try Wheels UK on ebay for spigot rings mate - about £25ish:)
  13. Mine used to sit in exactly the same place mate - it's slightly higher now as I removed and replaced the needle when I replaced my dial faces - nothing to worry about :)
  14. I'm fairly certain this is the case. The flares in the cars are (a) not fired from a gun of any sort and (b) are not projectiles - they 'sit' and burn. Distress flares are seperate from the firearms regulations otherwise all sailors/yacht-types would need to get a certificate :)
  15. Any part of a weapons system is classed as a firearm - including ammo and magazines (the box of bullets that fits into a gun).
  16. ...................and what's his car like?? :d
  17. Hi dude, welcome and good luck with your search. The FAQ section will serve you well and there are a fair few cars for sale on here. There is also a breakdown of the different model specs somewhere but I can't remember where it is - have a search and have fun :)
  18. That's the one:Pling: Looks good
  19. Tell him - he's affecting your working environment!! Even if he does have allergies, he won't be allergic to warm water or clean clothes!! I have to deal with this all the time with my students - I tend to be subtle first then more blunt :)
  20. I had a quick look with no joy (can't remember when I bought it ) I'll have another go later on :)
  21. I got mine off ebay - looks nice and fits a treat!! It's different from the genuine article in that the top is recessed rather than flat. It's actually just the top part - you have to remove the original bits and re-assemble using the new stuff. Very good quality and excellent instructions. Not a genuine one though:( but you'd have to know what a real one looks like to know:)

    Insurance

Hmm, I'm paying about that with £100 excess. Been with Churchill for several years now and no-one has been able to beat their renewal price so far.
