they have to much power they are just human beings (fickle), with the power to dish out sentences. they hand out sentences of 6 months for rape when they can give much more than that yet they hand out harsh sentences for petty crimes. two crimes that are identical in every way can carry two totally different sentences. so as for following guide lines.... what a load of f***ing sh*t the law is an absolute ass.

there is murder and manslaughter, murder is premeditated (think thats the right way round) and if found guilty with no doubt then they should be punished with no holds barred, not sure about death penalty to many innocent people are still in prison but definately hard labour or solitary for the rest of there life or even tortured once a week. but not looked after like they were ill. and pampered over

totally agree mate, and thats what i said to him. even one of his lads had a word with him about it. probably had a row with missus, night before. if he had done descent prices he would probably have got another £100 or more, now he might not even get rid of last bits. his loss. hope he doesn't anyway. plus he probably thinks theres still only a couple knocking about and still fetching £10,000 for a j spec na he had a 5 year old engine in shop out of a transit priced at £2,000
