how are the badges attached?

ive had the induction kit on it for ages and never noticed before, i can hear the bov allot through the apexi but this is the first time ive heard chattering and it is just to convenient that it happens whilst ive got boost problems....

whilst driving the soop yesterday, i was holding it in L (manu mode) up to 4k revs and letting off, i was getting the normal whoosh from bov (through airfilter) but also hearing chattering through the wastegate (standard turbos, not normal i thought) now at the same time i have had problems with boost coming onn and off whilst accelarating......can anybody help at all?

i too get this problem and its extremely frustrating, very interested in the outcome!

its was a lovely white veilside with a big wing on the back/white wheel, rear diffuser and a very attractve lady in the passenger seat, she looked up and saw me looking (at the car), i was in a white transit van then ya sped off only just making the amber traffic lights. thin it was an N/A, cause i didnt hear any spooling or wisssing. anyone here? reg N### FHL

you'l love the transformation with the full decatt and aftermarket exhaust in terms of power, it like a new car....but remember the restrictor ring!!!

morning all, i was wondering if anybody is clued up on subaru's cause my mate has just bought a scooby 2001 2L WRX AWD (215bhp) – UK SPEC and wants to mod it to get 300bhp, below are the things he is planning on doin. Hayward and Scott Down pipes (No CAT) - £193.88 Hayward and Scott CAT by pass pipe. - £105.75 Hayward and Scott centre pipe - £105.75 Total Exhaust – £405.38 (Fitting company has quoted me £411.25 EcuTek Remap £705 (seems steep, it doesn’t even go on the rolling road) Turbo – Second Hand (Up to 15k) STI 2004 Impreza Turbo – VF34 / VF 35 ( Roller Bearing turbo) - £470. is the turbo on the sti that much better than the wrx? and would he make that kind of power? any help would be much appreciated add

1) whilst overtaking gently on the M3 the other day i had to put my foot hard down at 68 ish, expecting the car to boost up it done nothing but screamed loudly but didnt accelarate, the boost went up to 0.8bar!!! any idea? then later on i gave it a bit at 50mph and it was fine still only went to 0.9bar but had more go to it. 2) when i am booting it through the gears and i decide to take my foot of the accelarater, then re apply gently the car gets very loud but makes a different note and looses power for a few seconds. then all clears and its fine. any ideas? im fully bpu.....im thinking possily a pipe is split? any help would be great cheers ADD
