Thhe sensor you are talking about is merely a cat overheat thermocouple to tell the ecu the cat is about to melt. As no cat is now present just tie-wrap it up out of the way. DO NOT remove it or cut the wires to it. No need or point in having it in the exhaust. I probably know more about GTS-t's than i do about Supras, so if you need any help or work doing, just shout.
