Setting the TPS help

So I set my throttle position sensor to try and cure my overdrive problem .

So as you look at the sensor with the plug off it's the top two connectors that you put you multimeter probes on ,then loosen the TPS ,and turn very gently clockwise until you get 1.000000 on the meter,then set the screws

 

If I have done this wrong please leave a comment .

 

Btw it didn't cure my problem .

Is this how you set the TPS is it? seems easy, i thought it was a nightmare job.

 

Shame it didnt fix your issue

 

well a 10 minute job for someone who knows what there doing took me best part of hour and half lol

 

look in davidp gearbox thread for instuctions if your planning on having a go .
