Coolant

This is probably a stupid question but can anyone confirm what I think?

I have coolant leaking out the bottom of the air con rad. I suspect it's the main radiator leaking and it's spraying on the air con rad and coming through the fins. I can't see where it's leaking from without draining the coolant and removing the main radiator.

I just need to know if the coolant goes through the air con rad or if it's a seperate system? It's def. coolant and not condensation.

What colour is the leaking fluid dude?

It's red so it's defo the 4life. I suppose I could just ask if the coolant from the main radiator also goes through the air con rad?

No it doesn't go through the air con rad

Thanks, thats what I thought but wanted to make sure before I buy a new radiator.

Had another look and it seems to be leaking from where the sensor screws in. Pretty pleased as I only fitted this radiator 3 years ago. Cheers for answering my stupid question.

Turns out the radiator was split. It was a Golpher one off ebay. Bad fit and only lasted 3 years. Replaced and now back on the road
