jevansio
Anyone got these in their Supe: http://www.sportseats4u.co.uk/gfx/Buddy%20Club/bu_color_02mm.gif http://www.sportseats4u.co.uk/buddy-club-seats-racing-spec-bucket-seat-p-636.html They only weigh 5kg (without subframes) and you can Supe specific runners which will make them a little more flexible than fixed sidemounts. Gaz6002
BUT are they real person sized or midget sized like most Japanese seats?
jevansio
BUT are they real person sized or midget sized like most Japanese seats? They do a +30mm fat arse version , I've just measured mine & I reckon I'll be OK (they're wider than my Recaros I currently have anyway)
steb9780
They look good mate. They also do them here, near the bottom of the page. Only a couple of quid in it. http://www.japshop.co.uk/acatalog/Japshop_Seats.html This place is about 15 minutes drive from me, I am pretty sure they are one of the main buddy club suppliers in this country. I know there workshop uses buddy club trained mechanics. Might be worth giving them a call, see if they can do you a cheaper price etc.

Your next purchase? Maybe, just been beaten to a T51R (was a bit of a silly purchase anyway as I wouldn't put it on till the winter). At least a set of seats isn't going to affect the mechanics of the car, as it's running so sweet ATM. I weighed my Recaro SR Milleniums, they are 21kg each with subframes, I reckon with these I could save a good 20kg in total.

I reckon you'd notice the T51 a little bit more on the arse dyno though
steb9780
Cheers Steb, I'll do that. No worries mate, they usually have a double page spread about the place in Banzai or Jap Performance. The website is a bit cruddy to be honest. I think they run there buddy club integra in time attack too

I reckon you'd notice the T51 a little bit more on the arse dyno though Lol, yeah I know, I've already worked out that even if I shed a load of weight from the Supe it's equivalent to adding 40bhp (although losing the weight has the added benefit of improving braking & handling too).
