Guest cj748
Changed my boot rubbers yesterday and drove it today. Cannot beleive the difference. Recently had even thought of selling due to noise on 'modern' road surfaces. Anyone who is "getting round to it", I suggest do it now. Most satisfying mod i have done in years. And thanks to Paul Whiffin for quick delivery. CJ PS. Thanks to all who have put their experiences of removal hassles on site, blowtorch all the way baby! TonyP
I bought some new ones ages ago, just haven't got round to it yet. Must admit I've been getting pretty p!ssed off with the noise too. Must do it soon. Then I'll just have the squeaky aerotop to sort out.

Guest cj748
Lucky bugger. It's a pita at best. Without blowtorch i would never have managed.
AdzC
Nice one mate. It is satisfying when the screws finally start to turn. Not nice having a blowtorch next to your car though. Mine took loads of heat but one came out without a problem. I had a right nightmare with mine
MRX
Drilled my old ones out yesterday, pick up the new ones tommorow, such small insignifant items can make such a difference. Cant wait to get new ones in!
BASHTHEBISHOP
Changed mine a couple of weeks back. I am well impressed with the difference in noise also.
