merckx
The offsets are very low, can't you get some closer to the stock wheels which are 50mm?
SupraTTBPU
unfortunately not
danny_silva
unfortunaly?? why is that?? any aftermarket wheels are at least 35 offset or more.....?!?!?!
SupraTTBPU
They told me fpr 5x114,3 they only have these offsets here is a pic of the wheels http://www.kd-tuning.de/H_o_m_e_/Felgen/BARRACUDA/a_Voltec-T6.jpg
Homer
They won't fit unless you remove the wheel arches or have extremely skinny tyre's. Most probably it'll handle like cr*p too. Even if you want to continue with 19's get some with the correct offsets and near-stock widths They do look nice though...
SupraTTBPU
F**K so i will need to find new wheels
Homer
Is it on stock suspension or lowered? If you get the arches rolled and a skinny tyre they *might* fit, but with that offset on the front they WILL rub on lock. They stick out over 3cm more than stock on the front so it's a major change to the geometry too. Edit - wait a minute, is that offset -18 or +18? SupraTTBPU
yes it is still on stock suspensions,.... there is nothign written so i think it must be + 18 and +23 !!! what do you think about those wheels ?
Homer
I'm the wrong person to ask about styling I doubt they're + size offset as there are very few cars that use this type of offset, however if they are then there is zero chance of them fitting (it'd put the outer edge nearly 7cm from stock position!). Mike B
After owning +40 offset 19's I'm going to ultra light +47 offset 18's for handling reasons; and I had to modify the brakes to do it. do you use your supra as a fashion accessory or to enjoy driving? therein lies your answer
SupraTTBPU
I use for both its fifty fifty but i dont drive on race roads cheers
Mike B
i dont drive on race roads public roads are a lot more demanding on suspension if you are pushing on, race roads are easy by comparison, it's smooth!
hoff
That is the one thing that annoys me about my 19s, you do feel all the imperfections on the road:(
