Greenauto
Hi Folks, Not posted for a while so I thought I'd put up some pics I took while washing and polishing the car the day. They're from my camera phone so they're a bit crap but they give the effect. Even did my mums fiesty since I've been borrowing it to commute to work in. For once the weather held out and I got both cars done, it was even sunny enough for me to get burnt. Fingers crossed this weather holds and we finally get a summer! turbonut
Looking good fellah How long did it take you to do the supra? Rare colour that too, comes up a treat Linda x
hogmaw
Very nice, I don't think I've ever seen a green supra like that.
Greenauto
Cheers Linda, I was testing out some Meguires stuff that I bought and the car was pretty clean to start with so it only took a few hours. I'm really pleased I went for a green Sup, I wonder if I'll want to change colours when it comes time to move up to a TT. I'm guessing that a fairly standard low milage six speed manual in green is gonna be virtually impossible to find. That'll no be happening for a couple years yet or until I think I can justify the money for that extra bit of speed anyway. Was pleased to get them both done, i've been so bloody busy with work recently.
markrzs
Very nice mate, that colour is very nice and not common. Cleaned mine today too but did'nt have enough time to do the inside
Greenauto
Yeah she certainly seems to be a rarity. I did the inside a while back and since I've only been driving her at the weekends i didn't need too woohoo. Its great of my mum to lend me her car but I really miss driving the Supra. Hopefully I'll find a flat or house closer to my work soon.(with a decent parking space) I've just been doin little bits to the car when I've had the time, I stripped the scratched ashtray rubber coating off and painted it so fitted that today too. Air-con, lights(possibly HID's) and a service and she'll be just how I want her..... for now!
