bondango
Just brought a sard fpr. Have been looking for a fitting guide ut cant find one. Does anyone have a link or and help on fitting. Cheers Are you looking to fit using the Stock fuel rail?? There are a couple of different options, Though i have passed a few designs on to Bijal at future Motorsports and with enough interest he will make a plug and play kit for the stock rail (i dont have the time unfortunately) 1. Basically you need to remove the Stock regulator. in its place a special adapter plate is needed, this will allow you to run a line to your Adjustable regulator. The main problem is room. a Series of fittings are needed to avoid the Trac throttle mechanism which wont allow much space to work with. With the adpter in place, a short brass 90 degree male to female fitting is used, then a "45 degree npt to AN fitting". this will allow you to run a 6an line to your regulator. If you have a sard regualtor with push on fittings then you can change the "45 degree npt to 6an" fitting to a "45 degree npt to push fitting" which would allow you to slip a fuel line on and run to your Sard regulator. 2. The second option is to remove the stock rail, remove the stock regulator, and tap the return hole where the regulator mounted with a 1/8npt tap. After the rail has been tapped, add the one of the above 45 degree npt fittings to suit the lines you want to run to the regulator. I would also do the Stock damper bypass at the same time. Bijal does a decent kit for this.
