Boost guage fitting help. Need to double check which pipe to cut :)

Fitting my boost guage this weekend, just wanted to grab a few replies to double check that im not gonna cut the wrong hose.

See pic (I have put an arrow to the hose i've been told to cut)

these are two different pipes which is the correct one?

They're two different pipes but you can use either to plumb in a boost gauge.
