can some body post some instructions up for refurbing my alloys please. i want to do them my self but dont know how to do it

this is going to be long!!!!

lol

anyway first of all i took the wheel to the local tyre shop and had them break the bead on the wheel for me so i could completely strip the wheel.

then i took all the rim bolts out

then i took the wheel apart

it should look like this

image

then i took the centre and started to strip the old paint off

image

i used nitro morse paint stripper for the job

apply a coat and leave it for a bit

image

then i done it again and again untill all the paint was off the wheel

image

then i gave the wheel a final clean up with the drill and sandpapper buff

image

then a quick clean with meths but thinners is better for the job

pause for breath!!

then i took the wheel and heated it in the oven as it was bloody cold and paint dont dry in the cold!!

i had to use etch primer (see above prev posts)

then again on the radiator to dry
