R154 Conversion - Auto TT

Hi,

As title, thinking of doing an R154 Conversion on my Auto TT.

The list of parts that I think are needed are as follows (Please correct if wrong):

-R154 Box

-1JZGTE Bellhousing

-1JZGTE Flywheel

-1JZGTE/7MGTE Clutch

-Front part of the mk3/R154 prop

-w58 gearbox mount

-Shifter extension

-Clutch pedal / Master cylinder

Can anyone help me with a few things:

-Propshaft - Will the above setup work or is it a matter of getting a prop made?

-Gearbox crossmember & Mount - What setup will work, if any?

-Clutch pedal - I've read a write up where someone uses a MKIII pedal with a MKIV master cylinder....Any reason for this setup or can you just use the MKIV pedal and cylinder?

Here is the write up where the guy used a MKIII pedal with a MKIV master cylinder:

Any help is appeciated,

Cheers :helpsign:

Hi Nick

The above prop setup will work, MK3 front and rear half of your current prop.

Gearbox mount - W58 mount will line two holes up, use the lower part of your auto mount.

You can use all of the MK4 clutch parts, just a custom line needed to the slave cyl.

Don't forget the speed sensor, not cheap. Search for Marlin Crawler, he makes a cable > leccy converter.
