heartworm
Yeah it was posted on the BBC at 14.05 so I guess it is 8hrs 3 mins out of date. First I heard of it, and thats all that matters. first id heard too was today, I think its sad that they wont be there, but I can fully understand williams point of view, why should another team get points for a car they did not fully deisgn when they are putting the money into designing the whole lot. neil tt
It was in F1 magazine last month, saying that Berni wouldn't allow it, so just asumed that it wouldn't happen:blink:
Gaz Walker
That would have been interesting. Another year should help them plan a little better anyway Gaz.

paul_y3k
so what about the 3 other teams who wanted to join as constructors ? it wasn't just prodrive that had the chance to enter, but Bernie selected them ?
neil tt
Then decided its not such a good idea:(
TLicense
What about Super Aguri and Torro Rosso then? The rule that has forced Pro-drive not to take part unless they build their own chassis should surely apply to them then..... Anyone heard that there has been a number of redundancies at SAF1? neil tt
By 2009 or 2010 they have to produce there own car:)
TLicense
they have to produce their own car now. By the letter of the rules, they shouldn't have been allowed to compete in the 07 championship, as they clearly had been given the chassis from their respective "parent companies".
