JohnnyW
Is there more than 1 size of active spoiler for the Supra? I'm currently getting the car resprayed and bought a 2nd hand active spoiler to fit and get painted at the same time. Just got a call from the bodyshop saying that it doesn't fit the guy said it was too short I was off the opinion that there was only 1 size of active spoiler and that it'd fit both facelift and non facelift fronts. Can anyone shed any light. Cheers Johnny
Guigsy
um yeah... only one size
juanchan
I apologise if this sounds patronising, but you do have a stock front bumper don't you? As far as I'm aware, there's only one size active spoiler and should fit all stock fronts.
hiten55
yeah i always thought they were one size as all sups are one size
JohnnyW
No problem juanchan, it is a standard bumper it's non-facelift effort. I was also pretty sure it was a one size job as well. I've not actually had a look at the spolier myself as it got delivered straight to the bodyshop. Will pop along at the weekend to see whats up. Thanks for confirming my thoughts though guys! SIMON LC
I have fitted active spoiler to my 93 and facelift 96 models with no probs.I think I know what they are on about though. They think the lip comes all the way round the lower edge of your bumper but they dont. They curve in and tuck under at the sides before they actually reach the corners of the bumper.Have a look at some pix and show them. colsoop
Didn't come with the undertray, is it required for fitting colsoop? Off the top of my head i don't think it is but if you need one then it is specific, if that makes sense. You will definitely need the 2 triangle shaped brackets. You have to take the headlights out to get at the mounting points for the brackets.
