Yes its a moral because when my heater matrix arrives its all got to go back together

 

You wouldnt believe how small these heater matrixs are either.

 

Just think i get to put all back together just to then do my coil pack connectors

It looks like a perfect mini front mount intercooler with no broken fins.

 

Worryingly for me no water stain marks, though I was definatly getting steam across the windscreen so think I caught it early.

 

I think its taken me close to 8 hours to get it out.

This is what worries me Michael. Mine failed last Febuary (steam on windows) so i bypassed it straight away, i caught it very early as heaters were on all the time.

 

The matrix infact is very dry and no rust marks I can only find a little bit of water on a couple of rows so I got away with a minor leak showing up.

 

If I was to post a picture you would not see any point of failure. The slot where the matrix is does support it is the matrix that has failed as it has a little bit of water at the bottom. but nothing major.
