markymark
Just signed up for this after meaning to do it since last christmas but the f*#ker keeps losing the server just as I'm getting into a game - anyone have a suggestions, or is this just a 'grin & bear it' feature? Ark
I had similar - run your network diagnostics from the system dash board. You'll probably find your NAT setting allow 'partial' NAT, which means flakey connections ahoy. Check that first then you may need to reconfigure your broadband. I have done what you said and it tells me that my NAT settings are open?
Guest Chumpalot
How often does it do it Mark? Every time you play? Do some games work more than others?

Only been playing it with Battlefield2 and it crashes every couple of minutes:(.
Guest Chumpalot
Could be the game itself mate. Perhaps try another copy or your copy in another 360? If your NAT settings are 'Open' then it's not a port issue which is the most common reason why people can't join certain servers etc...
markymark
I thought at first it might be my firewall or Norton anti virus interfering but doesn't make any difference
Guest Chumpalot
If that was the case your NAT status would appear as "Strict" or "Moderate". You wouldn't be able to have voice communications with people on Live and a host of other issues too.
markymark
No problems chatting to anyone. Could it be my Internet provider(Virgin)?
markymark
Solved it:d Switched over to Sky broadband today and not one problem, so Virgin are the problem
