right heres the scenario. i put an offer in on a house and its been accepted. thats it.:)

but im now a bit stuck as in what to do next, as you can see ive really researched this :D.

when it comes to mortgages and solicitors which do i/should i sort out first?

also, when it comes to finding a solicitor is it just a case of phoning up a practice and simply asking for them to be my solicitor??

any help thrown my way will be gratefully accepted as i wanna get this sorted as soon as poss:)

You should see a financial advisor to get help on arranging the mortgage. The estate agent might have one in house or know of one.

They might also have in-house conveyancing but I'd suggest you do a bit of research of your local firms before going with them because they tend to be a factory that don't really take much notice of you specifically.

I would have offered but I only deal with plot sales from developers now. Let me know if you need any help. :)
