Alloy Offsets for 19" with Veilside

Hi all,

 

Need to get some new alloys as I'm having some Veilside overfenders (wheelarches) fitted. I've been told 9.5" and 12" width at the front and back, but what should the offsets be? NB Currently running UK brakes but don't want to restrict myself from running bigger brakes in the future.
