Whitesupraboy2
Jake - you get alot of wheel spin in first with that amount of boost?? have problems putting power down?? or is this where RLTC comes into its own??
Jake
Well I don't give it full throttle in first gear unless the road's dry and you're only really in first gear when pulling away. As soon as it starts to lose traction I back off the throttle a little and it changes up to 2nd. Seems very controllable so far. Edit to add: BTW, No RLTC
ChrisB
all gears roughly 1.25-1.3 bar blitz boost controller finally seems to have settle down and give nice steady boost in all gears
Jurgen-Jm-Imports
geordie steve just turn ur boost up, mine was set at 0.9 now it is running 1.2 bar. 0.8 is just for safety raise the boost should handle 1.2 no problem
GeordieSteve
My boost controller came with Jap instructions for I don't have a bloody CLUE how to use it lol
SkyJawa
Jake you on stock Jspec turbos? As I thought 1.2 was their top limit, the UK's being 1.25 to 1.3?
MONKEYmark
i was running 1.1 bar with restrictor ring in now running 1.3 bar and it does feel quicker. chance of them going, but you know the risks when upping the boost. if you racing you could try good fuel and have good cooling mods
Adam Kindness
i blew my turbos (ceramic) at 1.2bar.... thought to be boost spikes that caused it.... So then got a restrictor ring fitted, and used a boost controller to raise the boost
