Hi guys, I was after a bit of advice if anyone is able to help regarding an accident I was invoved in about 2years ago where my insurance company rebuffed a claim against me because it was solely the other drivers fault having hit me in a car park. After all this time he is trying to make a claim through the county court Iv'e spoken to my insurance company who can deal with it, but out of interest, the county court documents have my christian name on them but not my correct surname (its my Fiance's surname) what would happen if I just ignored this?
