just took mine for its MOT,

And it passed with flying colours (just) no advisorys.

Only worry was emmissions supposed to be something like 0.3 what ever and mine was 0.331 so just passed but everything else was perfect. [GRIN][/GRIN]

Took mine in last week, past with an advisory of damaged jacking points... damn the previous owners.

With the emissions test, they said they couldn't find mine in the book so they had to put it under a "general" test which is supposed to be better off. Bit weird though...

Just wondering how you got it through on the emissions with 0.331, anlything over 0.309 is a fail! The 0.3 limit would be done on the second full emissions test after it would have failed the first fast test.. where it would be a limit of 0.2....

Edited to say i've just noticed your a N/A so there is no database for the GE engine, so basically you passed with flying colours, as the limits for a car not listed is 3.5% on idle, which is bloody hard not to pass.. At least someone has the sense to realise its not the TT lump and therefore a 'not listed' car.. Fair play to that garage.
