Help needed - wiring in Innovate LC-1 / XD-1 wideband

Well I've downloaded the manuals for each and certainly the LC-1 manual has a very helpful bit on wiring:

 

It has the wiring guides for both the cable with 6 stripped ends, and the cable with 7 stripped ends.

 

Strangely enough, I have a cable with 8 stripped ends - an extra black wire, so I have no idea which is the calibration wire and which one should be earthed.

 

Am I right in thinking the following:

 

Red - 12v ignition

Blue - ground

thin white - ground

yellow and brown - tape up and ignore (not using the output yet for logging)

thin green - ground, or tape up and ignore

Black - thick black to ground, thin black taped up and ignored

 

assuming that the thin black one is the calibration wire, not the thick black one.

 

Can anyone shed any light on this?
