Class One Posted March 27, 2007 Share Posted March 27, 2007 Minibuses with no more than 12 seats are a class IV vehicle and subject to an annual MOT. Private buses (over 12 seats upto 16) are class V PSV's (class VI) are those used for hire or reward with more than 16 seats.
