ivan
Did you know you can zoom in closer than Google Maps actually allows on the slide bar? Select your area, Switch to satellite view, Zoom in as far as possible, Click "Link to this Page", Change the z=19 paramater to something higher like 20, 21 etc. I thought it was a windup but it actually works. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/ken.holland/supra/GoogleMaps.jpg (Oh, if you want to see closeup, try 15.298683 19.429651 at zoom=23 )
R3DG3CKO ROB
how do you put this code (15.298683 19.429651 at zoom=23) into the browser? I've never understood how to do this...
ivan
Go to maps.google.com Put the lat and lon figures in the Google Maps search bar like this: 15.298683 19.429651 Then do the steps above and replace z=19 with z=23 Full url will be: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=15.298683+19.429651&layer=&ie=UTF8&z=23&ll=15.298684,19.429651&spn=0.001891,0.003339&t=k&om=1&iwloc=addr If you scroll around a bit you can even see one guy looking up.
