Rayman
Open with microsoft photo editor then image and resize. Its easier to use imageshack and use that to resize and creat a link, post the link up here!

PJ
I use irfan viewer for resizing all my pics etc.. Great little app, you can batch convert images, including renaming etc... http://www.irfanview.com/ And even better is the price, nowt

Pot
To do it quickly in Windows Explorer, go to : http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx Then look down the right hand side list for 'Image Resizer' and click on the link... It adds an option when you right click on an image in one of your folders (Or many images if you select lots), I've attached a copy of what you see, it's really basic, easy to use, but very good (And free:D) EDIT : I'll have to look into that irfanview one, I've been using photoshop for batch renaming pics... If that one's easier, then I'm into it I upload a lot of pictures into galleries for some mates, only it annoys me when they have DFC23452345whatever.jpg as the filename, I like it to all be organised... Super
Make sure if you use the PowerToys explorer add-on that you dont select to overwrite the original. I know most people wouldn't due to the option being tucked away in the extended menu but just to be on the safe side as if you make it too small theres no way of getting back your original image.
